No, you are welcome to come get the lab tests done that you would like with out a provider order. Our provider service empowers you to order what you need when you need it. However, you are also welcome to bring in a lab order from your provider and we will send him and you the results.

You will receive and email from staff@bewelllabservices.com with your results if you provided and email on the intake and consent form. If you had a provider order we will also send the results to your provider via fax.

Most lab results are back with-in 3-5 business days. Hormones labs take between 5-8 business days. We do not guarantee when lab results will be back, we can only give estimated time frames.

There are required fasting tests but not all tests require fasting. If you are not sure whether you should be fasting prior to your blood draw you are welcome to reach out via text 435-688-3050 or email staff@bewelllabservices.com to see if your tests require fasting.

No food, gum, or drink other than water 8-12 hours prior to your blood draw. We encourage you to drink water during your fast. Well-hydrated veins are plumper, making it easier for the phlebotomist to locate them.

Be Well Lab Services is a third-party collection center that partnered with Quest Diagnostic, Access Labs, and LabCorp to do the lab testing. These labs use the highest quality standards and machines.

Yes, you can use your health saving account. We also take cash, debit card, and all major credit cards.

Be Well Lab Services is a self-pay facility. This way we can keep the cost down by eliminating the 3rd party costs.  We can offer to give you an itemized statement for you to seek reimbursement from your personal insurance. We cannot guarantee you will get reimbursed. It is always a good Idea to call your insurance prior to see if they have a reimbursement program.

On a rare occasion a recollection of specimen may be needed at no cost to you. This would be due to not enough sample collected, specimen stability, and routing issues of the courier.

No refunds will be given once the lab requisitions are made.

No, we currently are not offering mobile services at this time.
